We understand you’re busy, so getting your order to you quickly and reliably is important to us. Our environmental responsibility is just as important, which is why we’ve partnered with DPD. We are committed to striving every day to deliver a cleaner future.

Delivery Information

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days. You will always receive a dispatch notification email once your order is on its way to you. All orders are sent using DPD Next Day (from dispatch), unless an alternative delivery option is selected at checkout.

In the unlikely event that an item you’ve ordered is out of stock or there is a delay for any reason, you will be notified by email. Please note that during peak periods, demand can be very high and processing times may increase. During the summer months, we recommend allowing 3–5 working days for orders to be dispatched.

Personal & Flexible Delivery Service

Receive an SMS alert 24 hours before delivery.
Receive an SMS alert on the day of delivery with a one-hour delivery window.
Track your delivery to the nearest 15 minutes.
Option to change the delivery date to one that’s most convenient for you.
Option to deliver to a nominated neighbour.
Option to have the parcel left in a specified safe place.
Option to collect your parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop.

Delivery Charges

We charge a flat, subsidised rate for all deliveries, regardless of weight, based on the service level selected. The delivery cut-off time for all options is 11am.

Delivery to School (Thursday) = FREE
Standard Delivery = £5.50
Next Day Delivery = £12.00
Weekend Delivery = £19.95

Delivery to School

Delivery to school is only available for schools that have signed up to this service. Deliveries are made fortnightly on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, excluding school holidays.
